Down to earth true customer service, qualified expertise and a reasonable price. Sure beats mechanized mobile link deliveries of the things wrong with your car sent to your cell phone from a dealer and a list of thousands of dollars of repairs. After such a second horror, one from our local Mercedes dealer and from our Jaguar dealer. Both sent me automated sticker shock repair lists mentioned above. But Bavarian Auto Center helped me see I didn't need the whole axle, just the boot cover. I think I found a great new mechanic. And good ones are very hard to find. I'm definitely going back. Kudos to them for their service integrity.
